Participants benefit from workshops, mentoring sessions with a professional coach, an online community and regular webinars and briefings.

The programme is free to participants, although organisations are expected to cover travel, subsistence and conference attendance costs.

This is the fifth year of this programme, with more than 100 graduates so far.

Commenting on this year’s programme, SOCITM vice-president and head of ICT at Aberdeenshire Council Nicola Graham said: “Top Talent goes from strength to strength every year and I am delighted to launch this year’s programme again.

“It’s an excellent opportunity for people across the public and third sector to develop their leadership skills and to network with peers across Scotland”
