Parliament Explained

Scotland’s premier Politics Explained conference for the public sector has been an annual success since its 2009 debut. Taking this, and your feedback, into consideration we're running two events for 2020.

Join Holyrood Magazine as we examine the current political climate and the potential of another Scottish referendum. This is a chance to review our devolved relationship with Westminster and the consequences of Brexit.

You’ll learn key ways you can engage with the Scottish political system, gaining an understanding of successful communications and media engagement and how to lobby and influence.

This is your chance to really engage with the Scottish Political Landscape. The first event, Parliament Explained provides an in-depth look behind the scenes of parliament and how you can lobby and engage with policymakers. The second, Scottish Government Explained, will explain everything you need to know about the Government and how to engage with it.
