In one of the final Holyrood 2007 poll results, almost three-quarters of respondents want the next Scottish Executive to use its influence to get Scottish troops pulled out of Iraq as soon as possible.
Seventy-two per cent of voters agreed that troops should leave Iraq, with only 28 per cent saying 'no'.
In a separate poll question, respondents asked if they thought that Scotland's railways should be brought back into public ownership. Fifty-seven per cent thought that 'yes', they should be, and 43 per cent said 'no'.
