Majority will have moral right to govern - just |

Only 59 per cent of Scottish voters believe that the party that gets the most MSPs has a moral right to govern.
In the results of the latest Holyrood 2007 poll, 41 per cent of
respondents replied 'no' to the question “Does the party that gets the
most MSPs have a moral right to govern?”
