Holyrood jobs site launches Print E-mail
Tuesday, 04 March 2008

Holyrood Communications, the publisher of Holyrood magazine, has launched a new free recruitment website which will offer a new approach to public sector recruitment.

The site, www.holyrood.com/jobs, which launches tomorrow, is free to post jobs, contains no advertising, sponsorship or banners and no data will be sold to third parties.

Employers in the public and third sector can post their vacancies and search for candidates free of charge. The site will not allow postings from recruitment agencies.

The website has been developed as an Open Source job board application which will allow qualifying employers with the minimum of effort to post jobs, and job seekers to access employment opportunities across Scottish civic society in one location online.

Holyrood will provide ongoing development, hosting, Search Engine Optimisation and promotion of this single site with users providing the Jobs and CVs. The site hops to lead the way in contributing to the success of this Scottish public sector job board, the first of its kind in the world.

Holyrood Communications is Scotland’s leading political communications company.
