Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al Megrahi looks set to spend the remainder of his prison sentence in Libya, following a deal agreed by Westminster. A major oil contract was signed between a UK company and Libya last week — a move that could pave the way for the transfer home of Mr Megrahi.
