Conference Producer
Based:
Edinburgh (travel may be required)
Salary
negotiable (dependant on experience)
As
Scotland’s leading conference organisers we are looking for an
experienced and enthusiastic conference producer to join our dynamic
team.
If
you are a conference producer with at least 1 year’s recent
experience and would like to work for a fast developing organisation
with a reputation for professionalism we would be interested in
talking to you.
You
should be able to demonstrate:

proven track record in Production

passion for detail

A
professional approach

An
air of authority and control

Excellent
organisational and customer service skills

Knowledge
of the supplier chain and ability to negotiate effectively

Good
people skills

Internal
and external communication skills

Experience
of different types of events
-
The
ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Your
responsibilities will include: -
-
Establishing
and meeting all requirements of clients, speakers, sponsors, and
delegates before and during the event/s
-
Negotiating
the best rates and services with suppliers
-
Developing
and advising the junior production team
-
Establishing
and adhering to budgets
-
- Administration,
registration and event staff
- Suppliers
including: venue, caterers, technical and stage production
