A majority of voters believe that councils and police should not make greater use of anti social behaviour orders in Scotland. In the results of the latest Holyrood 2007 internet poll, 87 per cent if respondents said that ASBOs do not address the fundamental problems of lack of respect and poor parenting, while 13 per cent of respondents said that more use should be made of the orders, as they give the authorities the tools they need.
